Just learned neo-Nazi terror org Atomwaffen Division claims to have become a new group: 'National Socialist Order' founded by the remaining AWD leaders who weren't arrested in a nationwide FBI crackdown earlier this year. An interesting development for counterterrorism watchers.
Earlier this year, the group's philosophical godfather James Mason, announced the Atomwaffen Division's disbandment, as it narrowly avoided being labelled a Foreign Terrorist Organization by the State Department. vice.com/en_us/article/…
Since January, the FBI arrested several members of Atomwaffen Division and The Base, a parallel terror group with a similar, violent and accelerationist ideology calling for members to hasten the collapse of society through terrorism.
The statement I obtained says the National Socialist Order has learned from the mistakes of the past (RE: the many Atomwaffen Division arrests and failures, though it is connected to 5 murders) and intends to, "build an Aryan, National Socialist world by any means necessary..."
